General Sales Conditions


These General Sales Conditions, available for you to read before making purchase, regulate the purchase of tickets through the tickets.mundomar.es website, property of Terra Mítica Parque Temático de Benidorm, S.A. [from hereon TERRA MITICA].

These General Sales Conditions are complemented by the General Conditions of Entry and Use of the website determined by TERRA MITICA, as well as any other Individual or specific Conditions, regarding contracts, which might be established in individual cases.

TERRA MITICA may, at any time and without notice, modify the present conditions and terms, by means of publising said modifications on its Web Page, with the aim of informing all users, before they buy online tickets.

In this way, the User, under his or her own responsibility, should carefully read all the conditions, each and every time that they intend to purchase tickets through the website.

The User declares that they are over the age of legal consent, agree with national law and have the necessary legal capacity to contract services through the webpage and thus, observe the present General Conditions and Individual Conditions, as applicable. As regards all these conditions, the User declares he or she is aware of them, understands them and accepts them unconditionally. Furthermore, the User knows and accepts that tickets purchased through the website shall be for their own use or consumption.

If purchasing tickets for third parties, their use or consumption shall be under the entire responsibility of the purchaser. To whit, the User expressly and unconditionally accepts that access to and the use of the Website and its services is under their own sole, exclusive responsibility.

The buying process may be completed in Spanish and English.

PRICES

The prices shown are the current fees, errors and omissions excepted. These are expressed in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

For orders placed from territories where due to applicable legislation, said Tax is not to be applied, the same shall be discounted on invoicing.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Ticket payment may only be made using VISA or MASTERCARD credit or debit cards.

For the User’s Peace of Mind, we would like to point out that we guarantee complete confidentiality as regards the use of your personal details, thanks to the encrypted transmission of information between the user’s browser, Aqualandia’s secure server and the financial bodies which manage payments.

Aqualandia advises you that improper use of electronic means for the purchase of tickets may be classified as a criminal offence, in case of the following:

- Providing false client details or false card details when paying
- Using the details of somebody other than the buyer.
- Providing card numbers which do not coincide with those of the buyer.
- Assuming ownership of other persons’ cards.
- The use of card numbers generated by computer programmes or similar algorhythms.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Changing or cancelling tickets:

  • Tickets purchased on line through this website cannot be cancelled, and consequently no refund of any amount will be made.
  • Changing tickets will not be accepted for on line purchase, although the customer shall be able to contact the reservation department in order to explain the case.

CLAIMS

Claims must be made at the customer service office, located in Terra Mítica or through the email "callcenter@terramiticapark.com", by providing the ticket where the bar-code appears.


APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

The present General Sales Conditions and when applicable, Individual Sales Conditions, shall be governed by Spanish law, which shall be applied, when not mentioned in this contract as regards interpretation, validity and execution.
